-- It is our desire to equip our people to serve the Lord. We will help them discover their spiritual gifts and abilities and empower them to serve the Lord by using them.

-- We do not believe the keeping busy is a sign of being spiritual. We will protect our people from being over-worked. "No new ministry without a new face"..
